SHIPPING POLICY

 

All items are handmade to order, so some products may take up to ten business days to ship out.

Tracking will be sent to the email you provided at checkout and may end up in your spam folder. It will be sent from tracking@shipstation.com. Please note it can occasionally take carriers up to or more than two business days to update tracking information.

For international shipping, please note that the origin country may see delays in customs, which can delay your order.

To return your product, you should email us first at {{client email; we’ll provide this to you}}. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live and the product you ordered, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
